The Brain-Heart-Gut ConnectionHow to balance these three energy centers for optimal outcomes in healthcare, business and life.
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. Viktor E. Frankl This program reveals that there is a “Knowledge Gap” that inhibits communication between the Brain, Heart and Gut. This “gap” means that the brain, heart and gut are not always in sync. The brain takes in copious amounts of information on a daily basis, but does not always check in with the heart and the gut to determine which information should stay and which should go. The brain needs to realize that when the gut starts to ache or feel like it was punched and says, “Hey, something is just not right here!" it must pause before moving forward. The gut holds strong emotion and intuition and is the true center of our health. The heart may also check in to say, “If you do not stop now and listen to the gut and seek further knowledge, the outcome will be dismal!" This program helps the brain to pause between stimulus and response giving time to create bridges to the gut and heart to allow for optimal outcomes. Techniques will be shared to teach the “brain” how to gain knowledge and fill the "gaps" between the “gut" intuition and the discernment of the "heart". The course will assist you in determining your level of satisfaction in 8 key realms of life, help you to recognize the voice inside your head as a Gremlin (negative) or Angel (positive), and teach you techniques to change your mindset. There will be a focus on nutrition and its importance in "Brain-Heart-Gut" health and how to make simple choices that will make these organs function more optimally. There will be a brief discussion on the need for filling the "knowledge gap" regarding food sensitivities, allergies and post injury care. Finally, the course will integrate the physical and the emotional connections between the "Brain-Heart-Gut". |
Course CoversLearn how the excessive intake of information, mis-communication and nutrient deficient food result in a dis-connect or “knowledge gap” between the Brain-Heart-Gut and how learning to “bridge the gap” can enhance health, vitality, productivity, relationships and overall quality of life.
