BFW Academy ("BFWA") will focus on the “Knowledge Gap” that exists in Healthcare, Business and Life.
The "Knowledge Gap" is a lack of information that causes an imbalance in communication, health, hope and planning. There are times when people do not even realize that this gap exists. The “Knowledge Gap” can include an incorrect diagnosis, information or feelings that are withheld for a myriad of reasons and belief systems that are no longer accurate. When this imbalance is present, no system (the physical body, corporate structure, relationships, etc.) can operate efficiently and effectively. Transcending the “Knowledge Gap” allows for optimal health of any system. Good phyiscal health enhances energy, mood, productivity and livelihood. A corporation becomes more efficient and effective by enhancing affinity vs “silo-ism” and this leads to happy employees, owners and customers with an overall positive effect on the bottom line . Relationships heal and blossom. Knowledge is power that when used for the good, can achieve goals that seem unattainable. For instance: A person heals from a certain disease for which they were told there was not a cure; a company remains open when it appeared that closing was imminent; a marriage continues when divorce seemed to be the only option. BFWA provides tools to discern where the “Knowledge Gap” exists. Services include educational programs, consulting, coaching, public speaking and keynote addresses. All programs focus on transcending the "Knowledge Gap” in healthcare, business and life with the primary goal of balancing the Mind-Heart-Gut complex. This means the mind gains knowledge and information, then checks in with the "gut," the area of intuition that alerts when something is right or wrong and ultimately uses the heart to discern how to move forward to create a better tomorrow. The verbage included in this complex may request that people “step out of their box," but promises to deliver optimal outcomes! BFWA will assist corporations, healthcare organizations and businesses by developing roadmaps to allow owners, leaders, employees, and customers to meet on common ground to enhance loyalty, affinity, outcomes, and the bottom line. An example in finding the "Knowledge Gap" and how to begin to bridge the gap is: The owners of a company have set goals and beliefs, but do not share these with the leadership team or employees because they are too busy or simply believe that the leaders/employees should know what is expected of them. The owners also do not create a strategy that allows for effective communication between the leaders and employees and amongst the employees. A “Silo” effect takes place. Obviously, goals are not reached which upsets the owners and the blaming game begins. Exclusivity is felt. Team spirit reduces, desire to reach goals diminishes and customer satisfaction is poor. Once this “Knowledge Gap” is recognized and shared and all parties are given a chance to create a "roadmap" to bridge the gap, all of the above changes. An attitude of affinity prevails, quality improves, goals are reached, loyalty is created and all of this has a positive effect on the bottom line. BFWA will provide a consultation that includes a questionnaire and conversation that will reveal the “Knowledge Gap(s)” in any system. Once this information is available, consulting, coaching and/or programming will be chosen or created depending on the needs of the customer. These programs will teach step-by-step techniques to “Bridge the Gap” allowing for all parties to meet on common ground. As “Affinity” continues to blossom within the system, the ultimate goal of “Transcending the Gap” will be achieved. ***Programs may be created for individual companies depending on the “Knowledge Gap(s)."
