For multiple reasons, we are living in a state of fear, mixed with anger, sadness and despair. We are divided in our thoughts regarding COVID, the election, health care and issues that are personal to each of us. I was listening to a speaker the other day who stated that healing is in the air in November. When I heard these words, I immediately became very still, quieted my mind and then asked for guidance on how to assist with healing now and in the future. The message of Love and Fear entered my consciousness. I often speak of the concept of Love vs Fear which was introduced to me while reading "Conversations With God" by Neal Donald Walsh. He consistently repeats throughout the series of these books that we have Love and Fear. If we choose fear, we receive anger, strife, pain and many other negative feelings and emotions. However, if we choose Love, that is all there is! Love = joy, understanding, peace, acceptance, gratitude, camaraderie and compassion. We can all use more LOVE now!
I hope that the following acronyms and words will help in understanding that FEAR, commonly known as "False Evidence Appearing Real" wreaks havoc on all forms of life. Fear halts growth and understanding and clouds our judgement. Fear produces hate, divisiveness and blame because it lacks some element of truth!

FEAR:
F = Frightened
E = Energy
A = Angst
R = Revealed
Fear Constricts! It closes off our minds and causes us to retract in some instances and to lash out in others. It can be dismantled with education, love, truth and higher levels of consciousness. Honest communication along with a willingness to listen and learn enhances understanding which reduces fear!
LOVE:
L = Listen
O = Openly (&)
V = Verify
E = Emotions
One of the greatest gifts is listening. I have taught the 3 levels of listening which include:
Level 1 (not fully paying attention or interrupting when someone is speaking to you). Level 2 (a volley like conversation). Level 3 (fully listening with the intent to also feel the emotion behind what is being shared). We have to learn how to move from Level 1 to Level 2 and eventually Level 3. I can say with certainty that Level 1 listening causes an excessive amount of strife between people and can end relationships. Level 2 begins to show others that you are present and attentive and Level 3 mends fences and allows healing to arise. When you Listen and Verify Emotions, you are able to be honest with yourself and with another so that you can teach and learn in any moment. This breeds understanding and provides love!

A = an Abundance of
L = Love
First and foremost, we all need to heal thyself!
As we learn to decrease fear and bridge the gaps with love, healing occurs. As we learn to forgive ourselves and others, healing occurs. As we seek to understand before needing to be understood, healing occurs. As we learn to truly listen to our inner voice and the honest voices of others, healing occurs. As we ask the universal forces for guidance, rather than relying on the clouded messages that surround us, healing occurs. As we raise levels of consciousness, healing occurs!
Use this equation:
