Today, I hope that we all remember to take a breath in the moment between stimulus and response!  When you here some news or someone makes a comment or you read something that does not sit well, simply stop, breath and allow the initial emotion that you feel to filter through your mind and gut and then let your heart balance the emotion before you respond.  It is in this moment of "balancing" that growth occurs and affinity prevails over aversion.

Balance For Wellness Academy, Inc. is an educational company that teaches how to transcend a “Knowledge Gap” in healthcare, business and life allowing for enhanced communication, affinity, wellness and prosperity.  The academy provides cutting edge education to healthcare organizations, corporations, businesses and groups to transcend any “gap” that is causing an imbalance in a “system,” with the goal of restoring that system to full functional capabilities.  The ”system” includes the mind, body, spirit collective of the entity.

The "Knowledge Gap" is a lack of information that causes an imbalance in communication, health, hope and planning.  There are times when people do not even realize that this gap exists. The “Knowledge Gap” can include an incorrect diagnosis, information or feelings that are withheld for a myriad of reasons and belief systems that are no longer accurate. When this imbalance is present, no system (the physical body, corporate structure, relationships, etc.) can operate efficiently and effectively.
